MedicoKeys Return and Refund Policy

MedicoKeys.com sells downloadable digital medical exam preparation products, including PDF eBooks, Keys, MCQs, mocks, recalls, visual summaries, clinical patterns, and rapid revision materials.

1. Digital Products Only

MedicoKeys products are digital products only. No physical books are shipped.

Because the products are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.

2. Final Sale and No-Refund Policy

Because MedicoKeys digital products can be accessed, opened, saved, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

This policy exists because after a digital file is delivered, MedicoKeys cannot verify that the file has not been downloaded, saved, copied, shared, or used.

3. Free Samples Before Purchase

MedicoKeys provides free samples before purchase so customers can review the style, layout, structure, educational approach, and content format before buying.

Before completing checkout, customers should carefully review the product title, exam category, description, sample pages, product images, and available product details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Buying the wrong exam product.

Not reading the product description before purchase.

Not checking the free samples before purchase.

Exam cancellation or exam postponement.

Exam failure or not achieving a desired score.

Not having enough time to study.

Deciding not to use the file after purchase.

Duplicate personal use after downloading or accessing the file.

5. Technical Download Problems

If there is a technical download issue, MedicoKeys will try to help you access the purchased file.

Please contact info@medicokeys.com with your order email, product name, and order number if available.

6. Limited Exceptions

MedicoKeys may review limited exceptional cases at its discretion, such as duplicate accidental payment for the same product or incorrect file delivery.

Any approved solution may be handled by file correction, replacement access, store credit, or refund only where MedicoKeys decides it is appropriate or where required by applicable law.

7. Copyright and Anti-Piracy

Refund requests do not give permission to keep, share, resell, upload, copy, reproduce, forward, redistribute, publicly post, or commercially reuse paid MedicoKeys materials.

All MedicoKeys digital products remain protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.
