MedicoKeys products are created for candidates preparing for medical licensing and postgraduate medical exams, including SMLE, Gulf MLE, USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2 CK, AMC CAT MCQ, MCCQE 1, PLAB 1, MLA AKT, PLAB 2, MLA CPSA, MRCGP AKT, MRCP Part 1, NEET PG, and related exam pathways.

Digital Delivery Policy

MedicoKeys products are digital products only. No physical books are shipped.

How Digital Products Are Delivered

• After successful checkout, the digital file may be available on the confirmation page, thank you page, order status page, account area, and/or through email delivery.
• Digital delivery depends on the email used at checkout. Please make sure your email address is written correctly before payment.
• If the download email does not appear, check your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.
• If you still cannot access your file, contact info@medicokeys.com with your order email, product name, and order number if available.

Refund Policy

MedicoKeys sells downloadable digital medical exam preparation products. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Why Refunds Are Not Offered After Purchase

• MedicoKeys provides free samples before purchase so customers can review the style, structure, layout, and educational approach before buying.
• Products are digital PDF files, not physical items that can be returned in unused condition.
• After purchase, the file may become immediately available for download, viewing, saving, or use.
• Once a digital product is delivered, MedicoKeys cannot verify that the file has not been copied, saved, downloaded, shared, or used.
• For this reason, a digital download cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

Before You Purchase

Please carefully review the product title, exam category, description, sample pages, product images, and any available details before checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand you are buying a downloadable digital educational product.

Technical Support Instead of Refunds

If you have a technical download problem, MedicoKeys will try to help you access the purchased file. Contact info@medicokeys.com with your order email, product name, and order number if available.

Limited Exceptions

MedicoKeys may review limited exceptional cases at its discretion, such as duplicate accidental payment for the same product or incorrect file delivery. Any approved solution may be handled by file correction, replacement access, store credit, or refund only where MedicoKeys decides it is appropriate or where required by applicable law.

Terms of Use

Personal Use License

When you purchase a MedicoKeys digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that file for your own private exam preparation only.

You May Not

• Share, resell, upload, copy, reproduce, forward, redistribute, or publicly post paid MedicoKeys PDFs.
• Upload paid files to Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, social media, forums, file-sharing websites, or any public/private group distribution system.
• Use MedicoKeys materials to create competing products, copied notes, paid courses, question banks, summaries, or redistributed study packs.
• Remove or hide copyright notices, branding, disclaimers, ownership marks, watermarks, or source identifiers.
• Use the website or products for illegal activity, fraud, abuse, scraping, automated copying, or unauthorized commercial use.

No Exam Guarantee

MedicoKeys resources are designed to support focused, high-yield revision. However, no educational resource can guarantee passing an exam, achieving a specific score, receiving registration, or obtaining official licensing approval.

Product Updates

MedicoKeys aims to improve and update resources over time. Unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise, a purchase gives access to the available version at the time of purchase and does not automatically guarantee all future versions, new editions, or added products.

Copyright & Anti-Piracy Policy

All MedicoKeys content, including PDFs, Keys, MCQs, mocks, visual summaries, page designs, wording, explanations, structure, graphics, educational formatting, branding, and website content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized Distribution Is Prohibited

Unauthorized sharing, resale, uploading, copying, public posting, group distribution, or redistribution of MedicoKeys paid resources is strictly prohibited.

Anti-Piracy Enforcement
